Order Processing & Shipping Policies
- All orders are processed within 1~3 business days for in-stock items.
- All credit card orders are billed at the time the order is placed.
- We will only process the orders when the payment has been completed.
- UPS does not guarantee delivery time for Ground Shipping.
- Small and Low Value Packages may be shipped via USPS depending on package content & Delivery address (PO Box, Military Address, ect.).
- Weekends and Holidays are NOT business days. UPS does not deliver on weekends & holidays.
- Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes & shipping charges.
Buyer Responsibilities
- Buyer assumes 100% ownership of products purchased from Evike.com and related websites.
- Buyer assumes 100% responsibilities and liabilities from using the product.
- Buyer agrees to never alter, modify and remove orange tip on any Airsoft replica.
- Buyer agrees to wear proper eye safety and verify all surrding personnels have proper eye safety prior to operating an Airsoft replica.
- Buyer will hold Evike.com Inc, staff and employee harmless of all liabilities and legal matters resulting from the purchase.
- Buyer is fully responsible for local law and regulations. (Your country outside of the United States, state and city laws are not Evike.com responsibilities.)
- Buyer agrees that all transactions done on the web are located in California where all future disputes will take place.
Warranty Policies
- All products sold on Evike.com carry a 14 day warranty unless otherwise specified.
The warranty period goes into effect from the day your package is delivered.
- Warranty effective date starts from the day your package is delivered to your address.
- Warranty covers replacement or repair of defective / damanged products only.
- All sales are final on all products sold on Evike.com.
- Modifying, altering and removal of orange tips on Airsoft replicas will void all warranties and could violate state or federal laws.
- Warranty voids when the product is abused, altered, skirmished, not in original condition and packaging, with removed orange tip or is over the warranty period.
- Use of poor quality bb will void all airsoft gun warranty. High quality bb sold on Evike.com recommended. We sell highest quality bbs cheap to make Airsofting simple for you.
- Free batteries and wall chargers that may comes free with electric rifles are for testing purpose only and not covered under warranty.
- Low end plastic Chinese Airsoft guns under $60, shoes and batteries are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty does not cover cosmetic damamge on China made items.
- There are no "cool off" period and we do not offer "I want to check it out first" orders. Be serious with your purchase and help us keep our price low.
- Some manufactures may offer a prodcut warranty differ from ours, in which buyer may contact manufacture directly to receive that warranty.
- There are no more warranties other than what is specified.
- All right reserved. Warranty policies are subject to updates without prior notice.
Request For Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
If an item arrived damaged or mal-functions, Evike.com is here to help!
- If your order arrives damaged, please inspect all content and contact shipper (UPS / FedEx) immediately. All packages are inspected and insured, doing so will speed up the process of getting yoru item replaced.
- Any package returned without a RMA# issued by our representatives will be refused or discarded.
- Buyer responsible for shipping and returing any goods to Evike.com for any warranty claim or services.
- Under extreme circumstances, we may issue reimbursements for return shipping. To avoid any dispute and fraud. Reimbursement will be "UPS Ground Standard rate" only
- All return packages will be inspected by authorized industry leading technicians with the final determination. All false claim will be treated as fraud.
- Under extreme circumstances, if a good must be returned brand new in resellable condition, a 30% restocking fee of cost of goods will be charged to cover our operation expense. Shipping charges paid to 3rd parties are not refundable.
